Weiss Distillery Straightjacket Gin is a bold, New World-style gin made with organic white wheat and 12 unique botanicals, including juniper berries, angelica root, coriander seeds, orris root, cassia bark, orange peel, lemon peel, and Norway spruce. The result is a smooth and floral spirit with bright citrus flavors.
It’s a more grounded, seamless spirit that holds its own in a martini and can easily hold its own against bitter Campari or sweet vermouth in a Negroni. The assertive flavor of the Norway spruce is also very pleasing in a Gin & Tonic.
